These gourmet cookies are hand cut from our famous shortbread dough.  Once cooled our artists take over and apply generous amounts of royal icing to create a Leprechaun like no other.  Now we can't guarantee a pot of gold for catching this guy, but they will bring a smile to young and old alike.
